Shipping policy

Where we ship. SaltMate ships within Canada.

Cost. Shipping is free on every order.

When it ships. Orders are packed within 2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3 to 9 business days after that, depending on where you live. We email a tracking number as soon as your order leaves.

If something goes wrong. If your order has not arrived 15 business days after it shipped, or it arrives damaged, email support@saltmate.ai with your order number and we will sort it out.
