SaltMate sits under your water softener lid. Its laser measures down to the salt and tells your phone before it runs out, so you never lift the lid just to check. No drilling, no power cable and no hub. The app is free for iPhone, iPad and Android, with no subscription, and every reading is on the web dashboard too. Runs on three AA batteries and connects over 2.4 GHz WiFi. Check the fit requirements at saltmate.ai before ordering.
